Malini Janakiraman brings her proven ability to get things done through leadership skills, global experience, high energy, and bias for action. She is a global HR executive who has had strategic roles in Learning/OD, Training & Development, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Compensation. Her process orientation and strong interpersonal skills combined with her business unit and corporate experience enabled the delivery of consistent measurable results.
As Corporate Director of Global Functional and Leadership Learning at Honeywell International, she has created and deployed global learning plans that linked learning to transformation efforts and has delivered executive leadership development sessions and coaching globally. Malini has also served as Corporate Director and Corporate Manager of Global Compensation Services at Honeywell and was recognized with a Premier Achievement Award by the CEO for exemplary implementation of corporate compensation strategies and processes. She has also worked with AlliedSignal, Inc. and AlliedSignal Braking System and was responsible for the design, development, and deployment of front-level leadership workshops on a global basis. Her experience in the areas of diversity, mentoring, TQ, TQL, and career development contributed to the success of training and development initiatives.
Malini graduated with honors from the Executive MBA program at the American Graduate School of International Management at Thunderbird University and received her BS in Accounting from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Malini is certified in MBTI, MBTI Team Training, and Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits & Six Sigma Green Belt & DFSS and is a certified Master Facilitator in EDGE’s Increasing Human Effectiveness program. She is fluent in four languages.
