The COA Certification engages you in a step-by-step learning process. The steps in this certification utilize features available on the Cultural Navigator® to provide practitioners with a sound foundation for building cultural competence through theory and practical application to business realities.

- Analyze and interpret cultural similarities and differences through the use of a nonjudgmental vocabulary
